We want you to love everything you get from ChaChaBratz Beauty, but if something isn’t quite right — don’t stress, we got you!
Returns
You have 10 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- For health and hygiene reasons, skincare, soaps, and beauty products can’t be returned once opened.
- Accessories and fashion pieces may be returned if they’re still in perfect condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We’ll replace any items that arrive damaged or defective — just reach out within 5 days of receiving your package.

Order Issues
If something’s wrong with your order (missing item, damage, etc.), contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us your order number and clear photos, and we’ll take care of it right away!
